As a Lexington based realtor selling in the greater Boston area, many of my clients have used Mike Robbins to represent them in the sale or purchase of their homes. He has navigated some complicated transactions, and advocates for my clients throughout the process. He is always available to my clients, and has consistently guided them to closing!

Attorney Robbins did an excellent job answering questions my wife and I had in regards to the legality of the easement on our property plot plan/quit claim deed. We would most certainly retain his services again for any future property questions we may have.

Have nothing but great things to say about Paul! As first time home buyers this process can be overwhelming and exhausting but the knowledge of real estate law and patience that Paul brought to the table was remarkable. He was available to us at our convenience ( which included weekends and evenings) and we could not appreciate him more. He was very responsive and easily accessible which was very appreciated especially when it came to the closing of our home. We closed earlier than expected and had no barriers doing so , due to paul's excellent organization and planning. My husband and I have bought and sold many houses, worked with numerous closing attorneys and have seen first hand what a difference a good closing attorney makes. Michael was knowledgeable, had clear communication and kept us on track. He is professional and enjoyable to work with. The best part was our closing. It took 1/2 an hour from beginning until end and then we walked out with the keys in our hands! He made sure to have the documents that need to be recorded be signed first and then had someone send those in while we went through the rest of the paperwork. It was a dream and Michael was a gift.
