I'm recommending to you, David Callahan to be your divorce attorney.  David is professional, knowledgeable and delivers exceptional client service. David's calm demeanor allows him to set the standard of how the deliberating between you & your ex is going to go.  For an example, my ex's lawyer was so loud and obnoxious but without any substance behind it.  David would remind my ex's lawyer of the applicable laws that backed the judgement.  Anyone can talk the talk, but I want to underscore that David practices law and is passionate to defend you.  David's key qualities are the importance of hearing the client and then discussing the pros and cons of pursuing certain items.  David helped me put my ego at bay because I was eager to go head to head with my ex.  You need a lawyer to defend you in court.  David walks you through all the protocols prior to court so there are no surprises.  Your divorce is put forth a judge who hears your testimony in a brief amount of time.  I'm thankful for David's strategy was on point going before the judge because my whole life was riding on it.

One of the main reasons why these groups of lawyers are so great is because of the teamwork they have. David stepped in with me when Laurel was unavailable. He jumped right in and didn't miss a beat. It was as if he had been in the court room each time with me. Dalia also stepped in during other situations of my case. It was just a sole person involved, but an entire group that were there to back me up when the time was needed. Believe me this case was ugly. If not for this group of people going up against different lawyers i would not have ended up as I did. With multiple situations going on at once there was no way for just one person to handle everything. I would highly recommend Dave and his firm as a divorce attorney having just been through the divorce process myself. Dave was a very balanced in his approach and laid out the facts in terms that were easy to understand and comprehend. Most importantly, he was responsive and timely which can be critical when you go through the divorce process and you are dealing with so many unknowns.

After meeting with several attorneys and a mediator, I was convinced the divorce process was going to be one in which I was just a number shuffled along through the legal process. A friend recommended Attorney Callahan and I decided to give it one more try. I was skeptical and dealing with a narcissistic controlling ex. Upon meeting Attorney Callahan, I was put to ease. He has a very calm demeanor and was able to answer every question I had. He sat and listened to everything I had to say and was able to quickly put my mind to rest.
