We had a complex case where my Dad as the last survivor of a family of 10 siblings needed to get a clear title and deed to the family home in West Springfield. What a mess. Holly worked this situation and incredibly after much diligence and research managed to get my Dad a clear deed. She kept us up to speed and solved each issue as it came up. Her fees were very reasonable and we felt did not completely represent the huge amount of time she spent on our situation. She now handles our wills and other personal matters as a trusted confidant. Highly recommended.
