So frustrated. Took the time to tell Steven about my issues. He seemed genuinely interested in helping. Gave him personal, related case documentation and photos because he seemed motivated to help...only to have him ignore further attempts to move things forward. It's touch enough sharing all of the trouble I've been going through with my condo and the former Trustee who was also the seller, developer, and management (who was responsible for 1 1/2 years of raw sewage episodes in my condo, and threatened me when I asked for help)...but then to be led on and eventually ignored? Upsetting.

What sets Steven apart from the rest is that he took the time to explain everything until I was comfortable understanding what I needed to. Steven Hemingway responded to my question, it was very helpful. After I asked more specific question through email, he arranged a meeting with me to go over details and have questions answered, all for free! I did not need to hire him because my case was small, it was good enough to do what he advised. I would highly recommend to work with him if you need legal assistance in his specialty.
