I have 3 sons and attorney Flanagan has represented 2 of them when they got in a little trouble in their teenage years. We can look back now and chuckle a little as David did an outstanding job handling both their situations. At the time we were going through it, there was no chuckling. Attorney Flanagan made the boys understand the seriousness of the charges they faced (so a lesson was learned) and proceeded to keep both their records clean. David has also represented young men who I have sent his way that worked for my family business and has proven time and again to be a go to guy. I highly recommend Attorney Flanagan

I was arrested on 6 charges including oui and reckless driving and had to appear in court two days later. Attorney Flanagan spent an hour with me on the phone reviewing the case and setting my mind at ease, he made me feel better knowing I had an experienced lawyer in my corner. The day of my court appearance he personally drove 2 hours in traffic to be there to represent me. Dave Flanagan did a excellent job representing me and was able to get all the charges continued keeping my record clean.

Dave and his staff are wonderful. Professional and respond quickly to every request we have on all of our closings. I go to every closing and Dave is outstanding at the table. Mr Flanagan handled a neighborhood dispute case for my husband. It involved another lawyer as the plantiff. The case lasted forever, but Mr Flanagan kept us informed all the time of what was going on. He showed up in court ready for the trial. He impressed the jury with his knowledge of the law and my husband was found not guilty 2 years after the most stupidest accusations. I would recommend Mr Flanagan. He is impressive.
