I’ve used Frank exclusively for over 20 years for tax, tort and probate issues. Always has my back and gets great results.

James has done three 1031 like kind exchanges for us over the last two years. His work is neat and he is always available by phone. His rates are very affordable and there are no extra charges for travel, emails or anything else. We recently had him do our taxes and they were done very neatly and at an affordable price. We are very please with his services.

I have used Frank to help me navigate a number of issues over the last couple of years dealing with my elderly parents. Now, I am using him for my affairs. He is prompt, effective, and caring.

Frank Baldassini was selected to serve as a Parental coordinator to mediate parenting issues between myself and ex-wife. Mr. Baldassini took in this responsibility even when he had a prior relationship with my ex's father. At every turn his decisions where completely and totally bias in favor of my children's mother. He would respond to her every outrageous claim and completely disregard or find against any concerns I brought up to him. He is not well versed in fathers rights and made a hard situation even worse by his incompetence. I have shared his written decisions w/ professional parental coordinators who said that his findings in this case where not only bias and inept but flat out ridiculous. I am in the process of having him removed from this case and will fight to insure he is no longer permitted to do this kind of work in the commonwealth.
