During one of the scariest moments of my life Attorney Daniel Faneuf helped me through it. Although this experience was very stressful and scary, Daniel Faneuf took action right away making it easy for me and my family. He took care of everything that needed to be done in a timely manner. When nobody else took action after this incident he did, showing me and my family that he cared and was able to fix this problem in a heartbeat with no questions asked. This Law Firm handles all your legal stuff without all the stress. I felt overwhelmed and defeated by having to fight an insurance company, but after I started working with this Law Firm, I was able to put my feet up, relax, and let the lawyers "hash it out". Dan Faneuf is a great, down to earth, honest comma person to talk to. He talked to me like I was a human being and not just another case number. He explained things to me in a way that I was able to understand instead of trying to impressing me with some legal jargon. I would use this law firm again in a second, and recommend it to anyone that asked. Even though it isn't his specialty, Dan was able to point me in the right direction for other legal matters that I had.

Daniel Faneuf at Faneuf Law Group was a God send! I was involved in car accident and Faneuf Law Group took care of everything! I was traveling on a narrow road and an RV coming in the opposite direction basically forced me off of the road and then left the scene. My car was totaled, a passenger in my car suffered a broken hand, and I suffered from whip lash and back pain. Since the other vehicle left I was very concerned that I would be held responsible for the damage and medical bills for myself as well as my passenger. I immediately contacted Faneuf Law Group and was pleasantly surprised when I spoke with Mr. Faneuf. His first question was if I was OK. I could tell by his voice that he genuinely cared about me and not “the next big case”! Mr. Faneuf was there through the whole process. He spoke with my auto insurance and handled everything. All of the medical expenses were covered and I was able to replace my vehicle. Mr. Faneuf was also able to take care of my passenger and make sure all of her expenses were taken care of as well. If I had not contacted Mr. Faneuf who knows what the outcome would have been! I know that it could have been much worse. Lets face it...when you are talking to an attorney on a personal injury case it can be challenging, confusing and at times intimidating. This combined with the fact that you have likely been hurt, are still recuperating, or are in pain physically and emotionally makes this extremely overwhelming. I can't speak more highly of the Faneuf Law Group. I have used this group on two occasions. The first was for a small personal injury case a year ago. After the first phone call with Daniel Faneuf I knew I had contacted the right place. Mr. Faneuf's knowledgeable, professional and honest demeanor put my mind at ease and guided me through a very difficult process. Mr. Faneuf was extremly attentive returning calls almost immediately and always followed through on time lines. What I thought was going to be a long and challenging situation was made so much easier through his caring and genuine attention. The second case was for a much larger cancer related class action case. Mr. Faneuf worked with a large national firm on my behalf. This made it so much easier for me. Getting cancer is no picnic but having to go through all the hoops and legal documents of such a case is equally challenging at times. Mr Faneuf handled all communication with this larger firm and then would communicate to me in a way that made me feel like a person and not a case number. He listens with compassion and acts with integrity and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for assistance answering questions or looking for help in pursuing a personal injury case.
