My wife and I have been procrastinating on a trust for a few years now. After a couple of references, we contacted Marco Schiavo to get the process started. Marco was patient, explaining (multiple times) the different types of trusts, providing various options my wife and I can use to give us peace of mind that our family will be able to enjoy our assets. We were able to meet with Marco in person and via zoom. Completing the Trust was painless and informative. I enthusiastically recommend Marco for his knowledge and professionalism, throughout this process.

My wife and I recently realized that the will we did 30 years ago was woefully inadequate. My sister had used Kenneth Simmons at Simmons and Schiavo and recommended him to help us redo our estate plan.
