WOW!! If you are looking for a trusted, reliable estate planning attorney, look no further. Marco and his team have been amazing to work with. Came to my home and worked with my wife and I on our complicated estate plan. Lots of moving parts and scenarios for us to work through. He was extremely organized and patient. I've never worked with an attorney who has systems and processes really dialed in to make this 'dreaded' task really seamless for his clients. As a small business owner myself, I was very impressed. Now, on another note, I referred him to my aunt who lost her husband recently. Regretfully, my uncle chose not to have a professional estate plan in place prior to his death. Marco has done a great job working with her to get all of the affairs in place and now working towards forming her estate plan so this does not happen a second time when she passes. We were referred to Marco for estate planning by our Certified Financial Planner. Marco is warm, patient, organized. He provided ample background documentation of estate planning and the estate planning process, including a mini-PowerPoint, several books he’s co-authored and a corporate packet of information explaining the Simmons & Schiavo approach to estate planning. We had an organizing, introductory meeting and a design meeting to flesh out details of our needs, wants, interests, particulars. Marco and his associates fielded our questions, patiently revisited concepts and diagrams he had presented, and offered direction as we made some of the harder decisions. As we went through the design and finalizing stages, it was clear that Marco listened carefully and reflected our desires. Documents were prepared for our review/approval, finalized, and sent to us for our records. The process was efficient, informative, and pleasant. We appreciate the time taken to meet with us and discuss our options. We look forward to our continued professional relationship and future adjustments/tweaking of our estate plan.
