Simmons & Schiavo is a top notch law firm. I know this because I have had experiences that were disappointing with other Estate Planning and Elder law firms. The reason I am pleased with Simmons & Schiavo is not just because of their broad knowledge of the law and their professionalism from their entire staff, but they explain the law in layman’s terms. They make you feel like a valued client regardless of the estate size. I really like that they had a set price for each Trust option for me. Other firms would charge by the hour and then you would get a big fat surprise in your next invoice. Lastly, many of their clients come to them by way of referrals from satisfied clients. That says a lot!

I chose Simmons & Schiavo by Google search for Woburn, two choices came up. I left messages with both firms, Alyson from Simmons & Schiavo called back promptly (the other firm did not even call back). I'm so glad she did since Marco Schiavo and his associates made our experience a pleasant one and they did so with ease. My mom is 84 and has COPD so walking is strenuous for her, accommodations were made for a zoom meeting and to come to her home for the signing. I'm not very tech savvy which means the zoom meeting could have gone in a totally different direction, but Marco and Alyson worked professionally and confidently to make the meeting happen. I called in with questions too and each time Marco answered with genuine interest and without making me feel inferior. I recommend their services with confidence.
