Marco and team made the process easy.

Marco Schiavo and his team made the experience of setting up our wills and trust seamless. This is a white glove service level firm. From the guidebook they provide as a pre-read before the first meeting, all the way to assisting with retitling assets, they guide you from start to finish. They are very client focused, flexible (every meeting outside of the final signing could be done over zoom), and highly informative. Marco took the time to answer all of our questions and clearly laid out all decisions we needed to make. I would highly recommend his service.

My husband and I recently contacted Marco Schiavo to help us with our estate planning needs. I cannot express how delighted we were in our experience with Marco and the care, attention to detail, proactiveness with advice and scheduling, his knowledge of all things related to estate planning, and his pleasant nature. To understand just how 'breath of fresh air' he was, and how impactful our experience was with him I need to set the stage for our expectations when we first contacted him. We had been recommended another estate attorney by a colleague ... after months and months and months of despair at how the process was going and the utter lack of retention of details we had talked about, and how difficult it was to set the next meeting up, and then when we met the details of what we had discussed the prior meeting were forgotten by the attorney, we decided it was time to part ways. So, our expectations as to how the process would go were low when we first met with Marco. Wow. What a difference in our experiences from our first 'dud' estate attorney to our excellent experiences with Marco. We cannot recommend him highly enough. He made a difficult experience of trying to figure out what happens when we pass, easy. For that we will be eternally grateful. Thank you Marco.

My parents were in need of updating there very complex and outdated Estate Plan that required a lot of direction. Marco delivered and more. It was very timely task in which Marco patiently addressed all their concerns and questions. He uncovered many loose ends in there existing Estate Plan that need to be addressed and he rectified all of them moving forward.
