Attorney Karr is kind, attentive, thorough, thoughtful, professional. He did updated my entire estate plan for me, and as I got remarried. He also talked through how to plan ahead for long term care and medicaid asset protection. He is so calm and down to earth and really sensible. Just wonderful to work with. I've already referred a friend to him!

I contracted to create a life estate during the height of COVID-19 when nothing seems to go as planned. Nothing except this venture. It was seamless and Attorney Matt and his staff were able to get it done. It is a testament to their operation that during the worst and challenging of times they got the job done. I was refereed to them by my Dad who had used him a few years earlier. He passed away June 4th and let me tell you it was an example of how being prepared makes the worst of times less challenging. Because of what was created the process of taking care of my mom financially was easy. It reinforced and validated his advice and I’m glad that I am in a position to make that easier on my wife and kids when the time comes. I highly recommend that you consult on your needs. Don’t wait. When it becomes too late it will be a nightmare dealing with financial institutions and the government if your not prepared.
