Danielle helped me through a Chapter 13 bankruptcy after I had previously hired a different attorney. Danielle clearly cared about me as a person, and not just collecting my payments, and getting me through the door. She consistently provided me with accurate, honest information. I requested a bankruptcy consultation in February 2015. Danielle contacted me immediately, reviewed the process of filing both Chapters 7 and 13 and the differences between them. I wasn't to sure I wanted to proceed so waited until July; I then contacted Danielle and started filing a Chapter 7. It has just been discharged. Danielle is very patient, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. She made sure she was available at all times to answer my many questions. She processed my forms as quickly as she could and at the 341 meeting soothed my nerves and responded to a couple of questions when I froze up. She made the whole undertaking bearable. I would definitely recommend Danielle to anyone who is seeking to file bankruptcy.

Danielle helped me out when I felt that I had no where else to turn to resolve my problem regarding back wages. Danielle is a fantastic attorney. I have worked with and hired several attorneys (for many different reasons) over the years and I found Danielle to be a refreshing change. She is professional and has an excellent presence without being stuffy and unapproachable. What impressed me the most, was her ability to handle situations that arose on her own. The opposing counsel had tried to play games and make some accusations; Danielle went through the (100 pages of) emails I had sent her and found numerous contradictions to those claims. I hired her for a landlord/tenant issue but I would certainly recommend her for Bankruptcy as well.
