We recently sat down with Matt to discuss our estate planning needs(trusts, wills, etc.). We were quickly impressed not only by his knowledge and expertise on these subjects, but also by what a good listener he was. In short order he got to the heart of what we hoped to accomplish, by asking the right questions. Moreover, he had no problem answering our questions in a way that was simple, straightforward and put us at ease. Afterword, when he had prepared drafts sent along for our review, our CFP thought they were some of the most complete and comprehensive she had seen. We mention this because clearly her experience as it relates to these matters is much more than ours! In addition we want to mention we found Matt easy to work with, his pleasant demeanor offsets what can otherwise be a difficult subject to discuss or contemplate. Dayna was absolutely amazing to work with !!! I was on a time crunch & needed to submit a large number of important documents for US citizenship. She guided me step by step & went above and beyond in assisting me. Dayna made herself accessible on a regular basis through phone and email this included holidays and also weekends. She followed up in a prompt and timely manner. She was meticulous and has great attention to detail. Everything was prepared and well organized. And she followed up diligently even after the submission was completed. She was very polite and professional throughout the whole process. Attorney Karr is a true professional......he explains clearly all aspects of creating a trust, answers questions in a timely fashion, and ultimately develops the trust documents as discussed. He informs you of the flat fee in advance. He even allowed one of our sons to conference call in and participate in the consultation. My husband and I highly recommend Attorney Karr.

I have a family with young children and wanted to setup a trust to protect them. Matt was very easy to work with, patient and knowledgeable on EP (estate planning) especially in regards to MA law. We had two in-person sessions with Matt to go through all my questions on trustees and beneficiaries designation, to funding the trust. Matt was also easily reachable by emails and phone calls for follow up questions. Matt charges a fix price and I've compared with other EP attorney in area and his fee is reasonable. Personally I am a very hands-on person and would fix everything myself (cars, house, retirement planning, etc). But EP is one area I must admit that "I do not know what I you do not know". Overall wife and I were just glad to have use Heritage. It is one time fee, but my family is now more secure and prepared for the future.

My wife and struggled to find an attorney to help us create a sensible estate plan. Most initial consultations were not about our needs and felt more like meeting with an over zealous sales person. However, Matt was different and that was obvious from the initial phone conversation. Matt asked good questions, listened to our answers and presented clear options.
