Matt and his staff were friendly and quite helpful in setting up our family's estate plan. Due to the COVID pandemic we were able to do the process via video conferencing, eliminating the need for my parents to be exposed to others during these times. I highly recommend his services to others.

My wife and I are 70 years old and needed a trust. Matthew Karr at the Heritage Law Center provided excellent service for us. He listened and built our trust based on our needs. There was no pressure and we both were able to understand the complexities of the trust. Our daughter also was able to attend which made us more confident if she needed to administer our trust should we be incapacitated. I fully recommend him for anyone needing a trust. My husband and I had a time sensitive need to update our estate plans to include a living trust which included provisions for a special needs relative. This endeavor was all new territory and language for us and Matt took significant time and attention, over multiple in person and phone calls, to make sure that he fully understood what we were trying to accomplish and that we fully understood the Living Trust and the other documents he prepared for us. He also worked diligently to meet our personal time needs. We never felt rushed and feel most confident that the plan that was developed fully meets our needs. We know that we will be engaging Matt again either through personal contact or through the instructions to our successor trustees to engage Matt for all the ongoing needs of our estate disposition and special needs trust management. He instills a sense of true confidence and I must add, that as a long time manager myself, I was extremely impressed with how the final documents were organized for ease of access for ourselves and our successor trustees.....very professional. We cannot recommend him highly enough!

I am extremely pleased with the Heritage Law Center. Attorney Karr explained everything in detail but in understandable language. He is professional and efficient and, I highly value his advice. I also had the opportunity to work with his para legal and administrative assistant who are knowledgeable and, it was a great pleasure to work with them as well.

I contracted to create a life estate during the height of COVID-19 when nothing seems to go as planned. Nothing except this venture. It was seamless and Attorney Matt and his staff were able to get it done. It is a testament to their operation that during the worst and challenging of times they got the job done. I was refereed to them by my Dad who had used him a few years earlier. He passed away June 4th and let me tell you it was an example of how being prepared makes the worst of times less challenging.
