My wife and I contacted the Heritage Law Center to set up Irrevocable Trusts and to update our will, power of attorney, and health proxy documents. We contacted Heritage as a result of a retirement seminar that I attended where Attorney Mathew Carr gave a presentation on Estate Planning. I was impressed with Matt's knowledge and his professional demeanor. Subsequently I called to set up an appointment. My wife and I were very pleased with the outstanding customer service that we received from Matt and the support staff at Heritage. In addition to personally meeting with Matt twice, we participated with Matt in a Zoom conference call. Also, Matt was always available by phone and email. In every interaction with Matt, we found him to be very knowledgeable, responsive, and patient in explaining the various legal intricacies associated with meeting our personal objectives of preserving and protecting our assets for our children and grandchildren.
