I am so happy that I chose Mike and his team to represent me on my case. When I first met Mike, I just knew that he was the guy to get me the best results, and yes he did. Thank the Lord !! My son was accused of felony sexual assault when he was 17 years old. We hired Michael to represent him in court. During this incredibly horrible time Michael was always available to answer questions or offer advice. Anytime I called, even if not during business hours, someone from his office or Michael got back to us as soon as they could. Several plea offers were offered and Michael always took the time to review them with us to help us understand the benefits and repercussions of them prior to making decisions. He was always very good at informing us as parents and communicating to my son that he was " his lawyer". He respected my sons wishes to not accept any plea and defended him in the court case. Most importantly he did his job brilliantly in the courtroom and my son was found not guilty on all counts against him. Even after the court case was over he is still helping us with legal matters to help clear my sons name and help him resume a "normal" life. Michael does not always tell you what you want to hear, but he will always be on your side and prepare you and support you for what will likely be one of the most difficult times in your life. I would recommend him without any reservation.

I hired Michael to advise me through a Title IX case with a major university as the respondent. He helped me especially to understand my rights under university policy (which the university failed to inform me correctly of), and guided me to a resolution completely in my favor.
