Terrible service. There’s no update, no follow up calls. My husband had to get all the paperwork from his own doctors office because they never got anything on their own. When we dropped of any documentations they often lose them or misplaced them. When they lose paper work they expect the customer to search again looking for it; without caring in the distress the person might already be. Very irresponsible and disrespectful. The owner has no sense of professionalism. And when asked to speak to him, he’s too busy.
