Attorney Griffis did an awesome job and got all my charges dropped even after it would have just been easier to just plea out he took the time to make sure I got treated properly

The Right Decision. I am so grateful that I asked Attorney Sean Smith to represent me regarding four serious criminal charges filed against me, including one felony. A Real Lawyer! Attorney Sean Smith is the best. The charges against me were an unending nightmare. Although I was innocent, after two years and three lawyers, the charges persisted. I felt hopeless. I searched for a new lawyer for weeks. Nothing worked. Friends and family were all praying for me to find the right lawyer. Finally, I went on the appeals court website, and looked at every lawyer I could find. Sean stood out. He was very knowledgeable and distinguished. I called his office on a Monday, and Sean was available. Thanks to Sean, my case was solved in less than two months! The charges were finally dropped! Sean was so kind and honest. He listened to me. Let me begin by saying ATTORNEY Sean Smith was my lawyer an he went after this case like i payed him a million dollars. He was so confident in me an how weak the case was( so i thought) I'm not gonna get too deep into the case but i could've done a year or 2 (intimidating a witness). But Mr Smith took this case by the balls and i got a quaf out of it which is basically a dismissal. I don't know where to begin but I will say that I rarely give Google Reviews. We come from out of state and I had no clue who to turn to for legal assistance. I found this firm and my intuition told me not to search for anyone else. Attorney Hubbard represented me as my Attorney and she did an amazing job from start to finish. As soon as Attorney Brett Hubbard began consulting me, I KNEW she was going to win my case. Hands down! The few attorneys that I met in their firm are all polite and laid-back people and so is the secretary. I will continue to seek assistance from Attorney Brett Hubbard if we need her again. After calling to verify that an unmarked car, being driven by a person in shorts and a t shirt was a police officer, i was placed in handcuffs while my vehicle was searched, and was given multiple citations for failure to obey a police officer, and improper lane usage (he pulls in front of the vehicle in front of me, and brake checked both of us, forcing us to allow down to 35mph.) My safest course of action was to go in the wrong lane, for a semi. Sean Smith was my attorney. He is a very personable person, and gets what he needs from you in the politest possible manner. He was able to get my charges dismissed, and I have nothing but good things to say.
