I strongly recommend Bodkin & Mason to handle your personal injury matters. My wife was rear ended and suffered head trauma. Attorney Mason handled all aspects of our case and always kept us updated and advised us through the entire process. Our case took an abnormal amount of time due to an insurance company dragging their feet, but Chris was persistent throughout and the case ended up in our favor in the end.

Chris Mason took my case after I got injured in a head on collision. He was readily available and professional through out the process and the result was a reasonable settlement in my favor. I was very lucky to have been referred to Attorney Chris Mason to handle my “slip and fall” case. In fact he was the only attorney who felt that my case was worthy of representation. Others thought they could not favorably argue against several potential issue with my case. Throughout the process he was readily available and took the time to explain options and obstacles that I could face with the case. I was hit by an impaired driver who was arrested and charged with DUI. My Massachusetts insurance company said I was more than 50% at fault which I disputed and got no where. A friend of mine recommended Attorney Chris Mason. I contacted Chris who was very personable and knowledgeable. Jason is fantastic at what he does. I moved across the country and Jason still took my case and made the process as smooth as possible for me. He called me to keep me up to speed when there were changes happening, or if he felt it had been too long since I received an update.

Incredible people to work with. I was in a car accident a few years ago, as a result of the accident I was unable to move my arm for almost 2 years. Attorney Chris Mason took care of my case, he always returned my calls and was prompt to give me the status of my claim. Chris Mason was referred to me by a friend and I'm so thankful! After being hit by a vehicle while I was on my bicycle last Spring, having Chris work the case with the insurance company so I could focus on healing was invaluable.
