Mr. Rudolf and his team has been amazing throughout this whole two year ordeal with my injury case. Communication was always had. I never once doubted or questioned if I was in good hands nor was I worried about not receiving a good settlement. He was understanding, patient with me, always answered my calls and made sure to get back to me. Extremely grateful to have gotten him on my side. I would highly recommend Darren for his service as a criminal defense attorney. In a time where the courts have been very backed up since COVID, he really went above and beyond on my case. An example of this was when we had a miscommunication on a trial date which was moved where I had recorded the wrong date. As he tried to reach me all morning to find my whereabouts, when I finally reached Darren, he was driving back from the courthouse about an hour after all of the jurors were sent home. Darren agreed to turnaround and return back to the courthouse with me, where he was able where he was able to obtain a warrant cancellation for me for the trial “no show”. With the help and strategy prepared by Darren, we were successful in winning our case.

I called Mandy when I found myself at my wits end and almost ready to give up. My family was facing dire medical, mental health and financial hardships. I went to her with little hope, a lump in my throat and feeling completely defeated and exhausted. She was my last resort to giving up on myself, my children and my battle ahead. I was broken when I met with her. We talked for over an hour in her office. When we ended, she said, really think about what we have discussed, do not give up and if you decide to retain me, we will work out the rest and you will have your family back. She handed me her card, circled her cell phone number, and said, "I am available 24/7". I hired her a few days after our meeting and prepared myself for a war to keep my children and my sanity. I was hit with a few tough but expected hurdles and she coached me through those. I finally felt like I could breathe. Within days, I was served by my ex for full custody. I had DCF at my door and I was ready to accept the fact that I was going to lose. I was in no shape to continue. I called her and explained that I was just not strong enough to continue and that I felt it was in the best interest for everyone not to continue. Her response was, "absolutely not, your children need their mother and you need your family now more than ever, I am not going to let you." I was exhausted but I listened to her. I thought about what she said during our first meeting, I am not going to set you up to fail and I am not going to give you false hope. We began this journey in late March, and I was prepared for a 6-12 month battle. I am happy to report that last week I received word that the entire case was withdrawn. I am now back to life with my children and my sanity. I have Mandy to thank for that.
