Adam is a very understanding person and works within your needs and does his absolute best to meet your standers. He has been my lawyer for a year and I honestly could not have asked for a better lawyer he is the best of the best and is amazing at his job. If anyone ever needs a lawyer be would be the one you would want. And I personally will refer him to anyone I know who is in need of a lawyer. And I know if I do ever need a lawyer again I would be calling him.!!! Hes just the best.. :)

While looking for a lawyer this time around I remembered a quote I'd heard years ago. "Any lawyer worth his salt will tell the suspect, in no uncertain terms, to make no statement to the police under any circumstances." Due to the circumstances of my case I had already gone against this advice, and despite this, Mr. Schmaelzle was able to procure a very favorable outcome while working with me. Why did I hire Attorney Erlich ? Why did I hired him because he's the best and my children deserve nothing but the best ...yes this order has really side tracked my life, Crystal has done a number on me and my boys but Attorney Erlich made sure that didn't happen again and gave me an opportunity to get out of a horrible living situation. Attorney Erlich definitely made a GIGANTIC difference when I hired him to represent me in my case. If I didn't have representation the outcome of my case would've have most certianly been an unreasonable restraining order issued against me today but instead the order was dismissed today due to insufficient evidence to find I was an immediate threat to her and the children. If a full restraining order was put into place..Today; I wouldn't have been able to see my two very young boys ever again. But thanks to Attorney Erlich we were able to knock down a huge obstacle that was blocking my families path enabling me to start to working on the next obstacle which is "probate court". Since Attorney Erlich is the best he even gave me a referral for a probate attorney who can help my boys and I moving forward.
