Brynn Zawada is everything you need in an Attorney. She is punctual, organized, empathetic, understanding and a true professional in every sense. Every time we spoke I felt at ease with her confidence and ability to represent me. I never had to track her down as Brynn was always proactive and stayed on top of the issues at hand. The way she handled herself at court was truly impressive with her ability to discuss facts and speak in a way for others to truly understand the perspective I was coming from. I know what I'm saying doesn't even crack the surface for how amazing she is, but I can say that she has given me back the ability to move on and not have the stress of legal issues hovering over my head. My case is closed, thanks to Brynn's truly remarkable work.

Brynn was amazing, I was worried like most people before doing anytype of custody or family law and she was able to explain it all to me and make this process as simple and quick as possible. She knew what and when to file. She knows enough attorneys in the city open convo with them instead of you business being dragged in court everything in front of people. And she only work family law, its he speciality sho she won't be distracted by other case types. Have already recommended her and will continue to do so!

From our first conversation, I knew that Brynn was a good fit for me. She made me feel at ease and offered comfort during the course of a difficult time. Over many months, I was impressed with Brynn's organization and timely responses. Brynn is professional, punctual, and an extremely hard worker. I was able to reach her at any time of the day. During our court appearances, Brynn was always prepared. She also took the time to explain to me everything that was going to happen before the court date occurred, which was a great comfort. While the whole process was certainly not a pleasant one (or one that I would wish upon anyone else), having Brynn as my attorney made it easier. Overall, Brynn does an excellent job of combining compassion while fighting for her clients rights. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an attorney.

I was introduced to Attorney Zawada while she worked for a law firm. If to be an understatement my case was contentious, high conflict, complicated and dragged out(by opposing counsel and defendant). Attorney Zawada was honest with me. She did not promise me anything. If an attorney promises you the world DON’T hire them. Attorney Zawada did promise to work hard for my case. With that being said, as a client, I had to provide her with facts, paperwork and emails etc in order to provide her a foundation for my case. Attorney Zawada took what I gave her and got to work. We had a court date, more or less negotiations, but Attorney Zawada’s skill and tenacity was on point. We had delays because of Covid, but that didn’t mean she stopped working for me. Attorney Zawada informed me she was leaving the law firm to start her own. I was more than willing to keep her on as my attorney. Our case continued through zoom. Listening and watching Attorney Zawada perform during zoom hearings, for lack of better word, amazing. The opposing counsel would attempt to mislead, exaggerate and not follow certain rules in court. Attorney Zawada’s knowledge, skill and intellect put what was thrown at us and turned it around in my favor. Attorney Zawada showed the judge why opposing counsels argument was wrong, misleading and what rules they were not following pertaining to our case. Our case is now closed. We settled using just litigation and they avoided a trial. Even though they decided to settled night before the trial, Attorney Zawada prepared me as though we were going to trial incase there was no settlement. I know this review is long, but I wanted to paint a picture when someone reads this review of Attorney Zawada. I highly recommend her as a family law attorney. In the future I would have her as my attorney again.
