We recently asked Nick Daviau to assist us in estate planning. This is one of those things people often put off for a variety of reasons, one of which we like to think you wont be needing to do this for a long time or you can do it yourself. Nick took the time to explain all the options in estate planning to us and educated us on the subject. Probably more then you ever wanted to know, but I am glad we did. It is done right, signed by witnesses, and covers all the items that are important to us. I realize Nick offers legal services in other areas of the law as well and based on my experiences, I am sure he pays attention to all of a client's needs and will be sure to point out any associated risks as well.
