As a realtor, I had recently had a transaction that also involved an estate settlement which Peter handled. The outstanding point of Peter's work habits is that he keeps everyone informed during the process. I had never had to wait long for a returned call, email, etc. He was right on top of things and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend him to others and hope to continue a professional relationship with him for a long time.

I first consulted with Peter Marinelli on a routine real estate transaction (Sale of property) and had selected him based mostly on convenience of location. Peter was so easy to work with that I reached out to him again on another transaction (Purchase of real estate) a few months later. Recently when I needed legal services for a matter that required litigation, Peter was the first person I reached out to. He was very thorough in his research and built a solid case on my behalf leading to a favorable resolution. Peter has always been very responsive, punctual and easy to work with even being available after business hours to accommodate my schedule. I highly recommend working with Peter and will personally seek his services when needed in the future.
