I hired Tracy as my attorney half way through my divorce when my first lawyer stopped responding, and when I was worried about my son. She fought off my wife's emergency motion for custody, and she helped me figure out the best way to handle my soon-to-be-ex-wife, the therapists, and how to move forward on dividing marital assets and debts. She helped me get things turned around, and the divorce finalized, with an agreement that ended up with a fair division, and saving me a lot more in attorney's fees. I would highly recommend her.

Tracy Galloway represented me in my post-divorce modification to regain custody of my children. She is brilliant, smart, knowledgeable, funny, and was able to help me to deal with the stress of the process. She sees the big picture, and she helped me to not get stuck on minutia of everything that happens. She helped me keep the individual steps in perspective and helped me in how I reacted. She's like a fabulous chess player who knows when to move and when to stand. She taught me patience which is very difficult for me haha! She is passionate about standing up for what's right. That fight is apparent in how she performs in the courtroom She is so well spoken and eloquent. I had complete confidence in her opinions and advice ... There was no one else I would have trusted with my life and my children's lives; or should I say I was confident leaving my fate in her hands ... I felt that there was no one that could have ever represented me better than her ! Although ultimately the decision lies with the judge .. But her portrayal and delivery in expressing and explaining the situation concisely and accurately with appropriate details was amazing. I am and will be forever grateful for the profound effect she has and continues to have on my children's lives as well as my own .

Galloway Is not only the best lawyer you could hire period.She is one of the best people you will ever come in contact with in your life,she is one of very few people who run their life with a code of ethics that is just outstanding. She is honest,fair,studious and ferocious when nessacary! I never doubted Tracy ever in my case she made me feel that whatever came up we could effectively deal with it and in the end that was exactly what happened. My money was well spent as we obtained exactly what we set out to achieve.In a very efficient manner I might add! Tracy isn't one to play games to extend the amount of time something will take for more profits. She has done the right thing and see's it for what it really is. Tracy , Before I hired Tracy I had gone and got a consultation with a big Boston firm. Even though it was a family friend. I was just another case number to him. I have worked with a number of attorneys for varying legal needs. Attorney Galloway represented me in a child custody/support case. Attorney Galloway was efficient, professional, and extremely competent. We actually went to trial because we could not reach an acceptable agreement. Attorney Galloway's opening statements were so well prepared and presented to the court, that the judge, after hearing both opening statements, halted the trial. Although not denying us our right to move forward with the trial, the judge urged the other side to compromise and avoid the expense of a trial that they were going to loose. I have since referred 5 individuals to Attorney Galloway. Each of these individuals were previously represented by counsel that they were unhappy with. Every one of these referrals contacted me after retaining Attorney Galloway to thank me, and express how happy they were with Attorney Galloway's services.

Attorney Galloway has helped me (and unfortunately is still helping me) through a divorce. She is effective, intelligent, and honest. She plays by the book and has given me a few doses of tough love, which were well deserved. We are dealing with a sleazy client/lawyer team on the opposing side but she has always been respectful and professional. She is extremely attentive, responsive, detailed, and organized.
