Jay and Jen were a pleasure to work with in completing our Estate Plan. They went above and beyond to explain each step and we found the process to be smooth especially during the COVID pandemic. The documentation provided is very clear and well organized. The Verity team is friendly, professional and answered every question my wife and I had.

Verity Law was extremely useful in helping my new business navigate a commercial lease and various supporting / supplemental documents. Jay is knowledgeable, professional and was instrumental in helping review these documents, identifying and mitigating lessee pitfalls and risks, and brokering difficult negotiations with lessor. His reviews were timely and helped us work with landlord to agree on many terms including navigating a costly commercial HVAC system replacement. At the end of the day, all parties were happy with the contract and Jay's fees were reasonable and appropriate for this type of work. I highly recommend Verity Law for your legal needs!
