Affordable and experienced

Brian Frey has been a very supportive and productive attorney. He was honest and intelligent in his consideration to both my circumstances as well as needs. He wasn’t worried about a personal agenda and did not push anything without knowing it was my will. I recommend Brian Frey highly to anyone looking for honest and hard working for and in behalf of your circumstances.

Make sure you ask detailed questions. I went in with a first owi, he did get it knocked down to an impaired driving. Told me at least you get to keep your license. Then I find out it's restricted (which was never mentioned by him). When I called to ask him about it his exact words were, you were driving drunk what did you expect? (Great compassion after he's been paid and the case is done). I have a feeling I would have gotten a similar outcome going in with a first owi myself. I thought he did a great job at first, but his definition of "you have your license" and mine are different. I would suggest checking around and find someone that will at least let you know you'll have restrictions instead of "you have your license" and you really don't.
