HORRIBLE!!!!!!! This attorney may be good when it comes to SIMPLE bankruptcy cases, but when it comes down to it he’s horrible! This attorney did not even go back a full 2 years into the history of his clients (not stating names) causing family members to be sued for thousands of dollars because of a gift of equity and not being a Thorough attorney! I WOULD RECOMMEND YOU LOOK ELSE WERE! IF YOUR CASE GETS COMPLICATED THEN GOOD LUCK! ALSO- for future clients, I guess you should ask your attorney to do his job and go back as far as need be; as well as asking all of the necessary questions to prevent others lives from be affected!!!! Please trust me, look else where!

They deserve a 10! Did a great job with my Father's probate case. He cleaned up the mess left by another lawyer who took my money and quit my case with no notice. McAvoy never asked for a dime in fees till the case was finished. The clerical team does a terrific job too! I also used him for another case, he did that well and efficiently also. I highly recommend Chris McAvoy and his team.

I thought the front staff at the desks were very nice and personable, however the woman I saw with my husband seemed extremely uninterested in hearing anything we had to say and was kind of dismissive in her tone. It felt a little demeaning
