Not only has she been charged in several countries in Michigan. She has already served time in different jails for this. She even accused of stealing money from her mentally challenged clients as well as trusts and estates Her licensed has been revoked from the Attorney grievance commission

She was recently arrested in two counties (Oscoda and Alpena) for misappropriation of funds, fraud and embezzlement. Stay far away! Right now over half a million dollars is missing from clients estates. She cost me thousands of dollars because she wouldn’t do her job.

She was sent my papers for the court date of my custody case and she didn't even contact me to let me know I was informed by my ex that we had a court date when confronted she lied said she was not sent anything that she would find out what was going on and not to worry now will not answer my messages on weather or not my custody agreement has been finalized yet but my ex has informed me that if I don't show up to the new court date this case will be thrown out .

this lady is WILD! she got arrested for alleged crimes —as in fraud—. By these reviews it’s not looking good for her. 1.4 million $ is crazy, and there is NO way to cover that up. She did some forgery on my abusers behalf to try to get him to win, and pushed for things that didn’t work on their behalf.

From the beginning to end, this attorney at law, was not just an attorney, but a friend. I put trust in her, when trust was something that had been betrayed in my life. I read the last review of Michelle and can tell you the negative things said about her are so far from the truth that I have to believe their is something more going on then what that person posted. Due to the language and pure negative nature of that review I feel compelled to make sure anyone that looks at this site knows I have always found Michelle to be attentive to my needs, a pleasure to work with, aggressive when necessary but also kind and compassionate when I’ve needed it the most.
