Recently spoke with this lawfirm about my son situation and they have already made me and my son feel like family. They are so understanding to my son situation. All in all, I had a warm, good experience during an absolutely awful time in my life. Chad, Jen and Deb showed personal compassion, were honest and kept things in focus (expectations) and on task during a very difficult time for my family.

The attorney I spoke with was really unfriendly and even aggressive when I called to ask about representation IF a situation I was facing at the time went bad. For the record I was able to provide proof of compliance and protect myself with the aid of a Michigan state agency and no small amount of work on my part. Easily could have paid an attorney to do it in far less time it took me, but after this experience in a new town, I chose to do it myself. I gave two stars just in case it was a bad day for this person and not normal behavior.

The first attorney I contacted was frustrating and a waste of my time. This is the last thing anyone needs when they are injured. From the first conversation I had with Ben Muth, everything turned around. I felt not only heard but respected. Ben came very highly recommended and he exceeded my expectations at every juncture. I hope I never need his services again but if anyone I love or care for does, Ben would be who to call.
