Hired them due to an issue of harassment within the workplace. My initial goal was just to walk away not empty handed. Over the course of our negotiations, I ended up with a promotion and more job security. Both Noah and Kara were on it. Never missing an email, always supportive and listened. Walked me back from anger quite a few times. If I ever experience another issue they will be the first firm on my speed dial.
