I took my search for legal representation in regards to custody of my son very seriously. I knew from the moment I spoke with Jackie Garris on the phone, that I had found my attorney. Jackie Garris, Stephanie Simon, and the rest of the team went above and beyond. They showed great care and were very professional. They made this very stressful and scary process for me about as smooth as possible. Jackie and her team always kept me updated and they were very prompt with everything. She laid out a clear process and spoke to me about expectations, and then went to work. During the entire process I knew I was in good hands. In June 2020 I was involved in an event as a pedestrian and a delivery truck. We choose the Garris Law Firm to represent us. Mike led us through the steps of gathering information and retaining billings and more. His suggestion of a Managed Rehabilitation Consultant proved to be very helpful. He handled paying the bills, to always have all information available to him. He reviewed document from the insurance companies to make sure they represented our views and needs not the companies. The results were in our favor. We feel Mike and his expertise expedited the process in record time. In less than three years the case has been settled. Brother Steve deals with end of life documents - will - trusts etc. He is very knowledgeable and kindhearted when dealing with clients. Once we paid a retainer the lawyer became rude and negative to the situation. So we paid 750. To be insulted and cannot use it for any other reason.

He is unprofessional and don’t know what he is doing , I called him he refuse to sue his white friends.

Would recommend 10/10. Went right to work and got my case resolved. Went above and beyond to see that i was fairly compensated and did a very good job. All the associates are great people. Would definitely recommend this law firm.

Michael Garris was there when we needed him. My son was hit by a car walking in a crosswalk at an intersection. Recommended by a family friend, we called the Garris law practice to help us navigate receiving the assistance we needed. Michael visited my son at the hospital, took on his case and guided our family through a harrowing time. From the Hospital, through long term care and rehabilitation, and in home support services, Michael assisted us. I don’t know what we would have done with out his professional help and expertise. Personable and caring, he helped my son get the services he needed to recuperate from his injuries, and the final settlement he deserved.
