I applied for a Trade mark and the USPTO examiner came up with an office action citing potential confusion and some prior pending applications. I responded to the office action but the examiner issued a suspension letter. I scheduled an appointment online with Trademark Lawyer Law firm as they advertised a 15 minute FREE consultation.
