I came to know about Ms. Chen from one of my friend in illinois and then i connected with them via email and i remember i had made more than 50 emails (if i remember correctly) and every time they replied politely with all the answers iHad needed. It took one year to fill all the gaps and then finally we started filing for EB1A. They used to take time to draft recommendation and initially , it was kind of ...why are they taking so much time... but later on i came to know the reason behind it , they used to draft every letter with precision and it looks that they have good knowledge of my subject and its fantastic to see that. to our surprise I got RFE and for this, i connected with Mr. Smith ( I think he specialize in RFE answering), they have worked very hard and answered every question precisely to the point. and with another surprise i got NOID and they finally drafted the answer to it with their expertise they pulled up the case within 8 days and got APPROVAL notification. I can't say anything more than this. simply, they are highly professional and are the best in the field. End of a very interesting journey. When I started the process with Chen Immigration, I was not familiar with the ins and outs of US immigration system which is not the easiest to navigate. From the very beginning attorneys from Chen Immigration had very positive approach towards my case. That motivated me a lot. The documentation that Chen Immigration provides is extensive and gives a very good head start. The internal system is well designed. I found the messaging system to be very helpful. Attorneys are always there to respond to any question one might have. Considering how confusing the process is, being able to ask questions and getting response in a day helps a lot. It's not easy to work on recommendation letters while working full time. The process is also quite lengthy. Chen Immigration were always with me when I needed them. During COVID-19, the processing took a bit longer than expected from USCIS side, but I am more than happy from the positive outcome.
