My case is not a approval/refund one but my I140 (NIW) got approved in 6 months, I am so happy now :) :) I am a really really picky person, I asked lots questions during the whole process, but they are really patient and professional in answering all of my questions. The letters were drafted pretty professionally, my recommenders actually did not make many modifications. I was worried cause uscis website says the case processing time is 10-13 months, but I am so released. :):) Thank you Chen's Group !!!
