I spoke briefly with his paralegal, Victoria, before receiving a nearly immediate personal call back from Mr. Simon, who insisted I call him Joe. Joe talked to me throughout his entire lunch break, explaining all of the hypothetical avenues which might arise and made sure I understood each step of the process. He even did a brief investigation into the case to see what he could find. All of his advice and suggestions up to this point were free of charge! Because of his personable nature, lauded reputation and willingness to do leg work right away, I knew he was the right man for the job and asked him to take my case. This was a great decision.
