He worked with us, empowering us to make our demands heard in the negotiating room and beyond. The resulting contract was the best EMU faculty secured in more than a decade. Adam Taub also worked with us, albeit only on specific issues. His insights and arguments contributed to our successes as well, particularly on FMLA-related provisions.
