I hired Tracie. Well I thought I did. But she gave the case to brandon. A big waste of a year in a half. She sucked so much money out of me. Waste of time and money. So glad I seeked out a different lawyer. It was solved in a short time. I would NOT recommend this place at all. They drag their feet.

Tracie and her amazing team are determined, thoughtful, and hardworking. If it wasn't for Tracie I would of lost my whole world. She and her team worked day and night to prove my innocence and bring my baby boy home. I thank God for her every day.

We've all heard the horror stories about attorneys before. So when I needed to get a divorce I wasn't sure who to hire. I had consultations with several lawyers around Battle Creek but there was something different about Tomak & Podolsky, Pllc. I really got the feeling that they truly cared about my case. In the end they helped my ex-wife and I come to an amicable agreement. They didn't approach things like they were trying to win a fight. On other hand they made sure that I wasn't taken advantage of. If you're in a bad place and need a lawyer make sure you call them!!!!!
