Please Save Your Money!!!!!! I Wouldn’t recommend!!! First couple of court dates brandon send in his partner Marcus. Marcus was nice and etc. But I believe because I wasn’t his client Is the reason he didn’t go above and beyond.Brandon Didn't do Anything (No Research, No Bargaining) but showed up to 1 court date Which Was The pre-trial. They was unsure on anything I asked them. Brandon don’t return calls, I’ve been calling for almost 2 weeks (and yet he still haven’t return my calls) For Court documents So I Can start working at my job. I get sentenced soon and I won’t have any income to help with court cost. I really Believe I Would have been better off with a court appointed lawyer!!!!

Professional and knowledgeable

I was assigned Brandon and he was great! Knowledgeable and confident going into my pre-trial. Price is very fair considering it covers you through trial if need be and they work with you over payment plans and options. All charges dismissed.

The past 2 years were by for the worst thing that ever happened to me. I left an abusive and controlling relationship and the father was able to afford an attorney and received full custody. At the time I couldn't afford one, it got really ugly and he was able to control the whole situation once again. This led me spiraling down. He was eventually able to get it so that I couldn't even see my daughter. Its been a long 2 year battle to which I was losing. I was finally able to afford an attorney this year and heard great things about Brandon Poltorak. I hired him and it was the best choice I could have made! He was patient and understanding, took this situation very seriously and did a tremendous job representing me. Needless to say I'm on top of the world right now and couldn't have had a better outcome. I was an intense two day trail to which they tried to rip me apart. Brandon stuck to the facts and and showed the judge just how far I had come and why the is no reasonable excuse to which I shouldn't be able to have my daughter back in my life. There isn't enough thanks in this world I can give him. This outcome is absolutely priceless. Thank you Brandon Poltorak!
