I would highly NOT recommend Brian for any client representation. He doesn't return calls in a timely matter, client representation is extremely weak, only a couple good suggestions, doesnt seem to have the fight in him, open ended results, makes money with little results, makes mistakes that a professional shouldn't make, and presents little fight to a case.

What a shame that he tries to represent Family Law when he clearly has NO clue what that involves! It’s ok to write a come back Brian, all you know is how to lie, cheat people out of money and ignore your phone calls and e-mails! It’s plain to see you are out for the money you can get from single adults who are low income and spend their last dime hoping you can help, which you don’t. Sad to say the $4000 you took was not easy to come by and now I’m in debt

Brian Jean does not always do what he says he will. Twice he lied to me about issuing subpoenas because he didn't deem them necessary to the case. He also refused to argue the merits of a CPS case and instead attempted to attack the points system used to deem a person as guilty of child abuse by the state. Not the guy to place your faith in.

Brian is a amazing Individual this Gentlemen Doesn’t only care about the situation but also what goes on in your personal life to .!! I have hired Brian in a CPS case which then also became a criminal case, which is still ongoing. Brian has gone above and beyond what any attorney I believe would. He has dug into every possible expert and witness he can think of. He goes into the court with a kick ass attitude. He is also a very straight forward guy as in he will tell you what he really thinks, and does not give false hope. Going into a CPS case with the only option they give you is termination, he was very honest with me and has fought for my children like they were his own. He answers my questions anytime and is always reassuring me, because well these are my kids and I'm sure I can get a little "needy". If you are facing a CPS or criminal charge, I would definitely hire Brian, you will get professionalism, and someone who really is there to fight for you. My idea of attorneys has always been they just want money, and are half ass, I can definitely say that is NOT the case with Brian. I would recommend him to anyone.

We recently met with Brian Jean regarding updating our wills and medical power of attorney. He was patient with all of our questions and concerns, answering them in ways that we could understand. Brian treated us with respect and professionalism and his fee was very reasonable. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others for their legal needs and concerns.

Brian isn't the first lawyer that I ever retained, but he is without question the best. I have never seen him back away from a fight...and we have/are doing some fighting together. Justice isn't free but you will sleep better at night.

I hired Brian after I received a speeding ticket. He was very friendly and didn’t sound like he was reading a script with the questions he was asking. He engages with his clients. He took my ticket and then contacted me when my court date was scheduled. When I showed up for court I was nervous and stressing ready to go into the room and I got up to go in but he had already taken care of everything on my behalf. It was the easiest experience I have ever had with an attorney, even just for a traffic offense. Would definitely work with him again.

Mr. Jean was very honest with me from the get-go. He did not promise me anything he could not deliver. He was reasonably priced and very thorough. Hopefully I will never have to hire an attorney again but if I do I would happily hire Mr. Jean again. Everybody in the firm was very helpful and very polite and very respectful.

I hired Mr. Jean for a very severe criminal case. I was facing life in prison. After being contacted by the police, Mr. Jean was my first call. He got me in the same day, making time for me after hours. He listened to all my concerns, and after I gave him the issues in my case, he reassured me that I was going to be fine. After I got charged, he immediately began his own investigation, including finding witnesses that the police didn’t even know about! When it game time for my preliminary examination, Mr. Jean had all the information needed and my case was dismissed! I couldn’t be happier with how much he helped me, and I am able to go on with my life without having to worry about false allegations against me. Brian Jean takes time to listen to you, return phones, and gives great advice. I had an attorney before him earlier in my case and switched over to Brian because I wasn't happy and couldn't be more happier that I did and best decision ever. I used him for a child custody case and I came out winning and getting what I wanted. I will definitely use him in the future again if needed!
