After over 15 years of paperwork chaos and 3 different attorneys Tadd, whom I now consider a personal friend was able sort out our mortgage paperwork mess. It took several months but even the judge said he has never seen a fiasco like ours. We have fought with mortgage companies, mortgage brokers, collection companies & Lawyers for over 15 years on who was owed what & how much was owed and even who was the first or second mortgage company even was. Long story short Tadd figure it all out and got everything in order and in a few short years we will finally be able to own free and clear the house we have lived in for over 33 years. Lessons learned was always find an attorney that knows what he or she is talking about. (Not always easy) And never ever use a mortgage broker ever again, go straight to the bank or credit union. This situation has hung over our heads since I was disabled in a work related accident 15 years ago, & for the first time since then I am not afraid to see the mail man because of the fear of what they would deliver. Tadd has no idea of he really did for us. We were going to have to give up our home because of prior bad legal advice put us in. I am not an overly religious person myself but I honestly believe that a higher power brought Tadd in our lives.
