The receptionist had a seriously bad attitude. She acted really snotty over the phone, so I got snotty right back and then we ended the call. A couple moments later Kimberly the attorney calls me and says she’s canceling my appointment. I explained the situation to her and she said she didn’t believe me because she’s worked with her receptionist for years. What a joke!
