Kathy Bogas is remarkable and this law firm is a gem. I worked for a company for nearly 13 years and when the owner sold it, I found myself needing to navigate unfamiliar territory. I was intimidated by the owners who took over and I needed help figuring out things related to my contract, the non-compete and the non-solicitation. Kathy was truly fabulous every step of the way. She is a brilliant lawyer, down to earth, knows the law, presents options in a clear way, and really goes to bat for you. I felt such strength having her in my corner. I think part of what makes Kathy and this law firm so special is that they clearly humanize their work and genuinely care about clients. I never had to work with a lawyer before this experience and I am so happy and relieved I found a law firm for this and any future issues I have. 10/10, wholehearted recommendation, look no further, this firm is phenomenal.

Somberg Law is amazing! My life was completely turned upside down when I received an arrest warrant in the mail the day after Thanksgiving, for a crime that I did not commit. Nick listened to me through my panic and dismay, and he was prepared to handle the case. He was professional, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to get the case dismissed before it went to trial. I will recommend him to all my family and friends.

Nick is an amazing & very knowledgeable attorney! He has been by my side throughout my entire case and has made this process much smoother. His secretary is also extremely helpful and responses quickly to any questions that I had. With this being my first ever offense, Nick was able to drop both my OWI and open intox charges, leaving me with a impaired driving charge (1st offense). Also, he helped me to keep my license, with only restrictions and no suspension. I would recommend Nick to anyone who needs an attorney, as he is professional and gets the work done!
