Both Garik and the staff at Thav Gross made us feel comfortable and respected. We've had bad dealings with attorneys before but they made us feel comfortable and safe. There were no unexpected issues and everything was explained up front. Garik showed true concern for us and our situation. He kept his word and went above and beyond in helping us. He never made us feel bad about our situation and was truly professional and treated us as family. He always made himself available when we needed him and never made us feel as if we were bothering him. Even now he continues to assist us with questions we have about issues that have come up and he continues to treat us with respect, sincerity, and honesty. Garik always handled any unexpected issues with determination and professionalism and was very impressive in how he took care of them. All in all we would HIGHLY recommend Thav Gross and especially Garik Osipyants to our friends and family if they need any type of legal services.
