I contacted Nick about a traffic ticket I got that came with 3 points and he got it reduced down to 0 points. I highly recommend him. He was extremely professional and helpful from first contacting him all the way through the process.

Thank you so much, Nick, for representing me from start to finish for the complete expungement on Wednesday, January 04, 2023. Nick has been very zealous on my behalf directly by contacting all the stakeholders (i.e.) County Prosecutor’s office, State A.G.’s office, and other law enforcement departments to ensure my successful expungement.
I also thank Nick’s associates and support staff as well. I now can check that box NO for convicted of a felony on work applications because the expungement will restore all my rights within 30 days.

Nick and his team are absolutely amazing. I found out I had a felony warrant out for my arrest. I called Somberg law, Nick got right on my case and we moved forward. With a serious record I was looking at some serious time. Nick and his team handled my case vary professional and fast. My case got dismissed at the preliminary exam. I couldn’t believe it. With what seemed like very little effort, but I’m sure was a ton of behind the scenes work, he was able to have my husbands case dismissed. He was readily available for his client, aggressive in making sure the best possible outcome of the case presented, and was a pleasure to work with.
