Kay has been an amazing attorney. She negotiated settlements in divorce proceedings, which her clients where very happy with... Her name and phone number have been passed between many of my friends, all who highly recommend her.

I hired Kay but was disappointed on several occasions. She did not call me or e mail me back on several occasions and did not seem to care about me as a client.

I have been working with Kay for almost two years on a very difficult case. The opposing attorney is not one to play fair but Kay has been marvelous at keeping things even keeled both within the legal system and within me as I go through a very trying time. She knows the law well, is well experienced and refuses to stoop to lower standards. And she really is amazingly concerned for both parties regardless of their behaviour! She meets my standards of integrity in spades and role models what lay people would really like to have in an attorney. What a blessing she really is to me!

My name is Chuck and Kay handled my divorce. The divorce was very stressful because my former wife’s attorney was not honest about what to expect in a settlement. Kay did a great job at keeping the process rolling, giving me some very good advice along the way as to how to handle situations (non-legal), and was very honest as to what to expect (what to fight for and what to let go). After going through the process I think she got me a great settlement and represented me well. Kay was very good at keeping the costs down and letting me know what the options were in regards to ways to mediate the divorce. She also showed me when and how to deal with the Friend of the Court on my own, and when I should have an attorney present to represent me.
