I would recommend Patty to anyone who is involved in a family legal matter. I have needed to use her services on several occasions for previous divorce issues, prenup for future wedding and a complicated estate matter that included family law issues. I hired Ms. Kasody following the conclusion of a year-long divorce. There were several issues that were not fully resolved, therefore after a fairly extensive search and interview I settled on Ms. Kasody. I found her to be totally professional, highly competent, and able to negotiate a final resolution that was expedient and resulted in my being satisfied on the equity of results.
