Dov gives you the best defense money can buy. I received a DUI in a very strict area in Plymouth. He was able to give me the lowest sentence possible, and for that I’m extremely grateful. He treats your case as if he’s a family member. He’s the Johnny Cochran of DUI defense. Strongly recommend!

I got myself a DUI in one of the worst spots in Oakland county to get one. (Not that you ever want to get one anywhere!) I was in a horrible position and I was stressing, so I asked my peers who the best attorney would be for the job and Dov’s name came up everytime. I am very thankful it did!! If you’re lucky enough to have Dov as your attorney, you will see that not only is he well known in the courts, but takes the case head on as if you were a family member. He truly cares and takes it serious! He told me to trust him, which is easier said than done when your in a situation that can affect your life and career dramatically!! However, I did and also noticed that he strives for the best results and in which my case was unbelievably great and more than I ever imagined! He is very prompt with answering questions and excellent with getting back with you... which is not like most attorneys. That is something I really appreciated. I found myself in a very bad situation... I spoke with a couple of friends who are attorneys. One name came up from every one of them: Dov Lustig. Dov is the attorney that other attorney's hire when they have a problem. That was enough to convince me. I reached out to Dov and he got back to me very promptly. When I met with him, Dov explained to me what I could realistically expect and he did NOT make outlandish promises. Watch out for attorneys who make promises, then after you have paid, they deliver something less than what they initially said. Dov does NOT do that! Dov is incredibly knowledgable about his field and he was sympathetic to my situation, but the thing that impressed me the most was his straightforward honesty. I hired him immediately. When we got to court, it was very obvious to me that Dov is the rare attorney who the judges and the prosecutors office really RESPECT. The only way to get respect from the judges and prosecutors is to earn it! He is very good at what he does. Dov got me a better outcome than I ever thought was possible! Dov isn't cheap, but he is worth at least twice his fee! Hiring a less competent attorney will cost you far more in the end. Hire the best guy in the industry. It will cost you more money up front, but less money in the end. In my opinion, that guy is Dov. I cannot recommend Dov enough!

I've used Mr Lustig for a few minor traffic violations over the years and he never disappoints. One of the few attorneys who responds to texts within an hour. He's very honest and quite blunt. You will know what to expect before leaving his office. Worth every penny.
