I have worked both with and against Joel in litigation, and he has been both a great ally and formidable opponent. His trial skills and knowledge of corporate fraud and oppression law are second to none.

As a defense attorney, Wade Fink is the cats pajamas! Wade is knowledgeable and equally reputable. He took the time to make sure I understood all of my options and what was happening at every step of the process. I am forever grateful for the work Wade put into my case.

I contacted Wade after being issued a misdemeanor for driving with an expired license (I neglected to renew my license prior to my 30th birthday). Wade responded to my call immediately and walked me through the entire process. He kept me up-to-date on communications with the prosecutor and, at the end of the day, Wade leveraged his knowledge of the law, relationships he's built, and overall experience to get my ticket completely dismissed before trial. I paid no court fees and no fines whatsoever. The ticket was fully dismissed. And Wade's rates were very reasonable and well worth the cost given that I was facing a misdemeanor (no matter how minor). I would not hesitate to call Wade again and recommend the same to anyone facing any sort of criminal charge.

Joel has represented my interests for many years with excellent results. He has the ideal attributes for a trial attorney. -Joel is thorough, but cost conscious. He does not over-charge and he allows the client to decide how deeply he will dive into the details of documents (which takes time). -Joel is unusually intelligent, creative and tenacious.
